Foremost Insurance Expands Dwelling Fire Program in Arkansas
Grand Rapids, MI – Effective June 1, 2009, Foremost introduced new Dwelling Fire contracts specifically designed for the unique needs of landlord, owner-occupied or vacant properties. Foremost accepts more landlord and rental property risks, and offers lower rates and new, larger discounts.
“Landlords now have the opportunity to use one company for all of their rental properties,” says Debbie Boam, Foremost zone executive director. “We insure rental units in superior condition and also ones with some condition problems. Additionally, the new program may provide some customers with significantly lower rates if they have no prior claims, belong to an association, screen tenants, use a property management company, or have multiple properties.”
