Foremost Insurance Sponsors Motocross Team for the Second Year

GRAND RAPIDS , Michigan – Foremost Insurance Group is pleased to announce the title sponsorship of the Foremost Insurance Jim Neese Racing Team for the 2008 – 2009 season, which is the second year for this partnership. The team kicked off the season in Des Moines, Iowa this past weekend for the preview Arenacross race at the Wells Fargo Arena.

Riding for the team during the eleven-race series will be team owner and manager Jim Neese, along with Mike McDade and Josh Thomas.
 
"We are ready for the season to start. I am very excited that Foremost Insurance is back as the title sponsor of the team. We had a great first season with Foremost; winning the Lites East Championship  (the second Lites East Championship in a row for the team). Foremost Insurance has helped us step up our program. They are a great partner and really support outdoor motor sports," notes Neese.
 
"We plan to consistently run up front in the Arenacross Series and to branch out and start to race some of the Supercross Lites East races. We are expanding to a three-man team and I am confident that we are going to be fighting for wins," added Neese.
 
The Arenacross Series opener will be January 2 - 4, 2009 at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Grand Rapids is always a great event for the team since it is where Foremost Insurance is headquartered.

The Foremost Insurance Jim Neese Racing Team is a professional motocross race team based in North Carolina. The team races in the Arenacross Series, the Supercross Series and the Victory Sports MEGA and ULTRA Series.

This sponsorship is part of the growing reach of Foremost Insurance into motorcycle motorsports. In addition, Foremost is the co-title sponsor of the LeoVince Foremost Insurance Ducati road race team in the AMA Superbike Series, and also sponsors two athletes in the men’s and women’s Moto X Events, Tarah Gieger and Justin Brayton.
